Sparklers and Rain
Sarah and Mason’s Waterfront wedding day is one to be remembered. Mother Nature had a sense of humor on August 8th because she cranked up and heat and humidity and periodically sprinkled rain drops on this celebration. Sarah and Mason shared a private first look before their ceremony and once together this couple’s smiles’ shined bright. After the outdoor ceremony the couple and their guests enjoyed drinks, delicious food and fun games. When the sun was set Sarah and Mason snuck away for a few nighttime photos before returning to their reception for a Sparkler toast with their guests. As luck would have it the rain blew back in and drenched their sparker toast dreams. Not deterred by the rain, the newlyweds (and their fun wedding party) lit sparklers and played in the rain as Sarah and Mason sealed the end of their amazing wedding day with a kiss.

Sarah and Mason are very much in love and are a true treat to be around. As I think back to this wedding day I can’t help but giggle to myself at just how much weather related turmoil these newlyweds had to deal with; Oppressive heat and humidity and then to top it off, a torrential downpour to snuff out their sparkler toast. Sara and Mason you guys are absolute troopers and I applaud you for not letting mother nature ruin any part of your day… Your wedding day was beautiful and I wish the two of you a lifetime of love and happiness together!
