Kelsey & Josh | 6.9.2018 | La Crosse, WI
Kelsey & Josh have been planning their wedding day together since November of 2016, when Josh proposed to Kelsey in front of The Waterfront fountain. The couple dreamed about their wedding details and planned accordingly. One neat detail that Kelsey knew show wanted to include in her wedding day was: a particular florist: JJ’s floral shop in Tomah, was the same florist that designed Kelsey’s mother’s wedding flowers back in 1986. The couple picked out their something NEW, something BORROWED and something BLUE while still sticking with their dream wedding plan. Kelsey & Josh’s wedding day was just perfect. The grandness of the Catholic cathedral was the dream location for the ceremony and of course the elegant Waterfront hosted their perfect dinner & reception.
A little note from the photographer: Having that “traditional First look” of Kelsey coming down the aisle of the church was very important to Josh; Together they chose NOT too see one another prior to the wedding ceremony. After the ceremony we checked the radar and were worried that mother nature was going to give us a bit of rain… I LOVE that Kelsey & Josh were flexible and open to shuffling around a few timeline pieces in order to ensure, at least, a few outdoor photos. They kept a positive attitude and lucky the rain held off until everybody was safely inside the reception. Thanks for being such an amazing pair to work with K & J!
