For some reason, spring this year in Wisconsin took an extra few weeks too arrive. As Joanna and Al’s May wedding date drew nearer the weather became more and more of a concern. After a few sprinkles right away in the morning and a chillier than normal May temperature, mother nature blessed this pair with a wonderful wedding day. This long time couple made their commitment to one another “official” and then enjoyed the company of people near to their hearts.
A little note from the photographer: I have known this couple personally for many years, and when Al & Joanna came to me, to ask if I would photographer their May wedding day, I was beyond honored to say Yes. I knew Joanna (being the very organized planner that she is) would have her wedding day mapped out perfectly, and all of her planning paid off- the day was awesome! My favorite part of Al & Joanna’s wedding day was; Right after the first look- the way that Al was looking and Joanna melted my heart… it was truly the look of a man madly in love! Congratulations you two- I am SO happy for you both!
